Spiders are Gods creatures too. My girls and I went to a the craft show last weekend and all they wanted was a bug box that was hand made. Papa was so nice to help the girls catch a few spiders to put into their boxes. We had a lot of fun watching the spiders through the cage, but for some reason one of my girls decided that her spiders needed to come with us to the pumpkin patch this weekend and some how he got out. He found his way under the car seat and through the hole where the seat belts buckle in the back. The girls FREAKED out! I couldn't get them to get back into the car for almost 2 days. Today I finally found our friendly little spider in the back of the car. I had to get it out and show the girls that it was no longer making his house in our car. The one who wanted to take the spider with her told me after it was all said and done " Mom, I'm not sure what i was thinking. I should of left the spider at home on the front porch where he was supposed to be."
I love the change of the season when the green leave turn into beautiful colors. The cute front porches and yard seem to come alive with all the bright orange, yellow and purples mixed in with brown. The sound of the leaves as they blow across the ground. Oh and the showers that bring such a sweet smell. God shows himself in all that he has created.
Genesis 8:22 "As long as the earth endures, seed time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease."
